All classes at Sama are open to every level — beginners are always welcome.
Teachers offer options and progressions throughout each class, so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
If it’s your first time, we recommend letting the instructor know, so we can offer a bit of extra guidance.Each class reflects the energy and approach of the teacher leading it.
We encourage you to explore different classes and instructors to find the rhythm and style that resonate most with you. -
No, we already have mats laid out for you

Yes, of course. Cancellations just must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid being charged.
