Our studio in Carlsberg Byen is available to rent by the hour or by the day — for movement, gatherings, creativity and everything in between.

Host a Pilates or yoga class, bring your community together for a workshop, create a one-day retreat, hold a talk, shoot your next campaign or transform the space for a pop-up for your brand.

The studio is designed to adapt to what you have in mind — whether you’re gathering ten people for an intimate workshop or creating something for a larger audience.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes. The space can be rented by the hour or for longer periods, depending on your needs and availability. Tell us what you have in mind when you enquire and we’ll help find the right setup.

  • The space is suitable for Pilates and yoga classes, workshops, one-day retreats, breathwork, meditation, talks, community gatherings, content shoots, campaigns, pop-ups, brand activations, team events and more.

    If you’re unsure whether the space works for your idea, just get in touch.

  • Everyone from independent instructors and facilitators to creators, photographers, brands and companies. You don’t need to be part of Sama or teach at the studio to rent the space.

  • Capacity depends on how you plan to use the space and the setup you need. Let us know what you’re planning and your expected number of guests when you enquire.

    For group classes we recommend 12-20 mats.

  • Yes. The studio can be rented for content creation, photography, campaigns and other productions. Please include a little information about your shoot, team size and any equipment or setup requirements in your enquiry.

  • Absolutely. The space is available for brand events, launches, pop-ups, workshops, shoots, team days and other gatherings.

  • Yes. Independent instructors and facilitators can rent the studio to host their own classes, workshops and sessions. Your event remains your own — you’re simply renting the space from Sama.

  • Yes, mats and basic props like weights, blocks, ankle weights are included.

  • Sama is located in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, with easy access by S-train, metro, bike and car.

  • Pricing depends on the length of your rental, type of use and requirements. Send us an enquiry with your preferred date, timing and what you’re planning, and we’ll send you the relevant pricing.
