A 2-hour practical and body-based workshop exploring how breath, movement, and nervous system regulation support strength, stability, and recovery.
Through guided movement, breathwork, and integration practices, we explore how breathing mechanics affect posture, core connection, tension, and overall movement quality in the studio and beyond.
The session combines education with direct experience and is designed to be both grounding and energising.
