The Bali Trip

This October, we’re heading to Bali for six days of movement, community and a different rhythm.

This is not a retreat with a fixed schedule from morning to night.
Instead, it’s a curated group experience built around flexibility and freedom.

The Bali trip isn’t about doing more. It’s about feeling more. About being present.

Movement when it feels good. Connection without obligation.


Bali as part of everyday life — not as a tourist.

The trip is curated and led by Sama’s founder, Ann Sofie, who lived in Bali for two years before returning to Copenhagen to open Sama.

You’ll experience Bali through someone who knows its rhythm — beyond the surface.


The Concept

We stay together in a beautiful villa in Canggu — our shared base for the week.

You’ll have your own private room, along with the freedom to take time for yourself without missing out. Join what feels right. Skip what doesn’t.

Come solo. Leave connected.

The group is intentionally small — just 6 participants — to keep it personal and intimate.


Movement & Access

Throughout the week, you’ll have open access to our favourite Pilates studio, Yoga shala, and gym with recovery area.

This includes:
– Daily Yoga and Pilates classes
– Strength & conditioning sessions
– Recovery area with sauna and ice bath

You choose when and how often you want to move. There is no fixed schedule — only options.


Living in Bali (Not Just Visiting)

Flights are booked individually, so you can choose to arrive earlier or stay longer if you wish.

We’ll have light snacks available at the villa, but meals are not included — intentionally. Bali offers incredible cafés and restaurants at accessible prices, and this setup allows you to choose where, when and how you want to dine.

It gives you freedom.
And control over your own budget.
