Sama Bali · April 5-10, 2027
Come live in Bali with us.
A curated small-group trip for people who want to experience Bali with others without giving up the freedom of traveling on their own terms.
Small group
Your own private villa + private pool
Bali, at your own rhythm
Think less retreat. More Bali with a really good group of people.
We created Sama Bali for the person who wants to go to Bali, but doesn't necessarily want to plan the whole trip alone, or experience it alone.
You'll have your own private villa, a small group to share the week with and Ann Sofie as your host. We'll have a few plans in place, share our favourite spots and make plans together along the way.
There is no programme to keep up with. Some things we'll do together. Some you'll choose for yourself.
You get your own villa
This time, everyone gets their own 1-bedroom villa.
That means your own bedroom, bathroom, outdoor space and private pool. We will stay in a small quiet villa complex, so the rest of the group will be just next door.
Start the morning alone. Meet the group for coffee. Come home for a swim. Join dinner later.
You get the social part of a group trip without having to share your personal space.
Come solo
You don't need to convince a friend to come to Bali with you.
The group is intentionally small, so it feels less like joining a tour and more like arriving with a group you can actually get to know.
We'll share meals, make plans, explore, go to classes, spend time at the beach and probably end up doing things we hadn't planned at all.
And when you want time alone, you just take it.
Community without obligation.
Movement, if you want it
Bali has some of our favourite Pilates and yoga studios, and we'll show you where we like to go.
Some mornings a few of us might book a class together. Other mornings might start with coffee, a run, a surf or absolutely nothing.
There is no training schedule and no level you need to keep up with.
The Bali we’d show our friends
Ann Sofie lived in Bali for two years before returning to Copenhagen to open Sama.
This trip is built around the places she would take friends visiting the island — favourite movement studios, cafés, restaurants, beaches, wellness spots and the little places you might otherwise miss.
No checklist of Bali must-sees.
Just a version of the island we genuinely love.
