Her Nectar is a 4-week journey for the woman who feels there is more within her, ready to be felt and expressed. Across four evenings, we gather in a circle of women and move through breath, meditation, journaling and heart-to-heart sharing.

Together we soften, regulate and come back to the pulse of life. We quiet the noise and journey inward. We meet our desires, fears and inner longings. And we are witnessed, reflected and held in the love of community.

For several years, Clara has held space for deeply energetic and embodied journeys. Again and again, she has witnessed what opens when a woman is given permission to soften, feel, be witnessed and receive - she starts to blossom. 

HER NECTAR is an invitation to step into your overflowing self, and taste the nectar of life from within.
